We are looking for stores, consultants, individuals, groups of friends, ANYONE willing to coordinate and host a "Crop for Haiti" event to help raise $20,000 to help build a school in Haiti! Big and organized or small and intimate... are all welcome!! Here is information to help you get started!

 

• Events can take place whenever and wherever works best for you, but we would like them completed and funds donated by the end of May 2016. Events can be scrapbooking, cardmaking or ANY great reason to gather together!!

 

• We are asking for a minimum of 4 attendees and a minimum of $25 per attendee to participate as an "official" event. Please note that a $100 donation will be required to complete your registration process with remaining funds being donated after the event has taken place. 

 

• If you donate a minimum of $35 per attendee, we will send a blank canvas flag for each attendee to decorate at the crop ($35 value) which are then returned to us to be added to a banner that will be hung in the new Art Room once it is built. Also, each donor will receive a photo of one of the students at the school holding their flag. Our goal is 300+ flags for the 300+ students!!

 

• All registered events will be added to our "Crop for Haiti Across Canada" map to help promote it. We will also send you some great ideas for a successful fundraiser event (ideas, games, recipes, etc.) and even help you with marketing materials.

 

• For crops with higher numbers of attendees, we will reward with extra incentives, door and raffle prizes, etc.
