The whole purpose of Soul ART is to gather together IN PERSON to connect, to create and to grow together. The below projects are just a small glimpse into what we do at a Soul ART experience. Be sure to join a LIVE one when able!

Project #1 - Transform Worry to HOPE

During the Covid-19 crisis, we are all in need of dealing with our worry and finding peace and hope in the midst of the uncertainty and stress.

Create a soothing collage project using mainly products you can find at home!  Below is the link to the Youtube video to guide you through the project as well as the PDF you will need to complete it.

Project #2 - Attitude of GRATITUDE

After prayer in Project #1 comes working on developing an attitude of gratitude during this Covid-19 crisis.

Project #3 - LOVE is Always the Answer

One of the best ways to deal with difficult times is to shift the focus off ourselves and look to serve others with LOVE.

Feeling frazzled?!?! Learning to let go of control and TRUST the future is hard!! Right now during Covid-19 our dreams, plans and future all seem to be crumbled... but there is still hope...

Project #6 - Dressed in GRIEF

Grief is probably the hardest, darkest journey of the soul. I interview Shirley Thiessen, author of "The Little Black Funeral Dress" to share her story and then guide you through a heartfelt project that blends our two stories of grief.
